Summary
Unhappy paid subscriber getting run-around with marketing data screen
I’m here to check for templates that best fit a customer’s ideas before starting from scratch, and the “Assets” area on this page keeps asking for my marketing info repeatedly, after I have provided it (it loops back to the assets area, I click on a template, goes right back to the “tell us more about yourself” screen. I know Captivate is paid for through my company, but I am a fully subscribed Creative Cloud private user and I’m not sure what the problem is.

You have to get Adobe Captivate’s subscription license to use its assets fully. I have recorded a video about that, maybe it can be helpful for you.
