How do you make slide notes viewable in the presentation?

I remember in Captivate 5 you could make it an option where the learner could opt to view the slide notes in the published Captivate course. In the current version of Captivate (2019) I don’t see where to do this anymore.

Can someone tell me if it’s still possible to do this, and if so, the steps for doing it in the program? Thank you.

Hmm, interesting. I think you mention Adobe Presenter which works with Microsoft PowerPoint as Lieve mention. Captivate does not have any feature to show notes on the course. Maybe you can add some Help pages to reach when you show your course.

I have been using Captivate since version 1 but I have never seen that functionality which you describe.  Suspect you are confusing with Adobe Presenter (PPT plugin) where it was indeed possible to include the Slide notes in a separate panel. You mention CP5, was in the advisory board at that moment and have participated in a very long prerelease period for that version.

Slide notes in Captivate can be used to generate TTS, or to be converted to Closed Captions. The last possibility is closest to what you want… Beware: each slide needs to have audio (can be a blank noise clip) if you want to use CC.
