Powerpoint not importing

Hi, I’ve read that Captivate 2019 allows you to import Powerpoint to responsive slides.

I’ve tried but it’s not allowing me to do it. The option is just greyed out.

Any suggestions why this is happening?

I have the same problem, it’s greyed out. Is it a MAC issue?

Hey there!

Haven’t run into this myself just yet, but if the option is greyed out on the dashboard, are you able to use File>New Project>Project from MS PowerPoint instead, or is it greyed out in both places?

Hello!  I also have the same problem but am able to use File>New Project>Project from MS PowerPoint.  Thanks for the tip!
