I have been trying to upload PowerPoint Slides into Captive 2019. It either states the presentation is bad or not enough memory. Is this not option with Captivate? This truly a big problem that has cost me hours of time.
Any assistance is appreciated.

I too am having a problem uploading PowerPoint slides.
I was able to do this previously without problem but not today.
I’m not getting any messages it just gets to the point where it says loading slide… and then disappears.
Any ideas would be gratefully accepted.
Unfortunately, this is really hard to upload a PPT file to Adobe Captivate. I have searched it before, found some resources but never works. I think there is a bug on this side and Adobe will fix it or remove this feature.
