“acknowledgement” slide (for a quiz)

Question : How do you make a 1 question “acknowledgement” slide (for a quiz)  which the student must answer “yes”,  to proceed to the quiz?

I see where Captivate offers templates for types of quiz questions, but not template for an acknowledgement slide.

Any help would be appreciated. Mary Hill

I suspect your question has already been answered in the Adobe forums with suggestions from Rod Ward and myself. Use a Text Entry Box, a Scrolling Text Interaction, a Radiobuttons Interaction, a Checkbox Interaction, or even a simple button next to the agreement ‘I accept…’.
