Would be very easy with Advanced actions and system variables as alternative.
I am talking about cpInfoCurrentHour which gives you the present time (hours) in the universal 24hrs format. And if you are connected to a LMS you have cpQuizInfoStudenName for the learner’s name. IF/ELSE is available as well, although you may need a sequence of a couple of decisions.
