Hello! I am uploading new courses that others are creating; they are responsive projects. When I review them, they play fine on all 3 of my pc’s (13in, 15in, 17in screens). However, when I play on a different LMS, the course only plays on the left side of the screen with the slide counter showing on the right side of the screen. Apparently this occurs for different users on both platforms the courses are being uploaded to. Does anyone know why this would happen? Is there a setting somewhere in Captivate that needs to be changed? Thanks!
Can you post the project file?
Where were you reviewing the output? in a browser or an LMS different from the users facing the issue. I am sure if it plays well on one LMS and does not in another, the LMS admin needs to take care of project size and behaviour settings while uploading the content.
It is really hard to say without seeing the project file. It looks like you added a column on the screen. Maybe it should be checked as optional, so when you check on different screens it seems different.
