Why 2 play buttons?

I am an agile coach and an executive leadership coach. I typically work with organizations who want to transform their culture, often involving many people, like my current client of 300,000 people. I'm hoping to learn to do eLearning well enough to scale myself.

Summary

Why play button showing up twice?

Hi – Any ideas on why my captivate file is showing not 1, but 2 play buttons when I play it on mobile? (production, from my LMS). It happens both when the project is responsive and also when I do it as non responsive scalable HTML5 zip. The sequence:

1. First the standard captivate play button shows (on top of the image I added in edit, preferences), then

2. The image disappears, and then another play button shows up on a black background.

Thanks in advance for any ideas,

It would help if you inserted screenshots. That second play button could be inserted by the device or the LMS

First tip as mentioned in my article about the Play button:  replace the HTMLimage Play_icon.png by a transparent PNG without an image. Keep the other one by renaming it before doing that. You find those images in a Win system and default setup in this path:

C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Captivate 2019 x64\HTML\assets\htmlimages
