to be honest this is kind of a frustrating process
I’ve reached out to a contact that I believe can help you out. It’s already the weekend, so they may not get back in touch with you until Monday but hopefully, they will reach out soon.

I have been trying to get answers on a few things and I now neeD further understanding on why two pending posts have been deleted.
I’m just tying to contribute and discuss. This is discouraging.
But I really do appreciate your assistance with this.
Would it be possible to get a name and contact information for someone? I have not heard from anyone, I have not received any help from the Adobe support and it has been close to a month since I have had issues. I can’t believe that it is this hard to get some answers from a support team? Isn’t that what they do?

My suggestion is to email captivatehelp@adobe.com for faster assistance. The Adobe team doesn’t monitor the user forums for every post, especially from threads that are over a year old.
