This tutorial details the steps to use multistate objects wherein the content changes in a single object using buttons, and keeping the next button hidden until all the buttons are clicked, without the use of advanced actions. This is achieved by the following 4 steps:
1. Name the slide ‘multistate’.
2. Name the multistate object ‘ms_[interaction name].
3. Name the buttons ‘[interaction name]’_user defined button name’.
4. Name the next button to be hidden ‘[interaction name]_completed’.
This method saves a lot of time compared to forced navigation using advanced actions that involve variable creation and action assignment.
