Quiz showing incorrect score

Really hoping someone can help me.

One of my courses is reporting it’s quiz score incorrectly.

I have 15 single answer multiple choice quiz questions each with a point value of 1 and a penalty value of 0. There is also one drag and drop interaction included in the quiz with a point value of 1 and penalty of 0. Giving my quiz a total value of 16 points.

However in my quiz preferences it is showing a total point value of 166. I have checked all click boxes and buttons to see if they were included in the quiz and given a point value but they weren’t. Any suggestions on how I can find the missing 150 points?

I have a Captivate quiz with 13 questions each at 10 pts. I want the Learners to pass at 80% of all questions. The results slide is showing 76.95% accuracy and they passed.  How do I get it to show whole numbers? How do I get it to give them 100 with passing 80% of the questions.

I hope you did read my comment with the link? Have you checked the Advanced Interaction panel? Maybe you have more scored objects besides the question slides.

Another possible cause may be due to the LMS. Some LMSs do not support scores over 100 points, even though you ask for a percentage. Reduce the scores for each of the question slide to 5 points to check this out.

To show integers, you will need to use Javascript. I showed how for another use case in this blog:

Scroll to the end of that blog post to see the JS code.

Repeating an answer which I have given multiple times: did you check the Advanced Interaction panel (F9). You can discover this so useful and underestimated panel in the recording of my presentation at Adobe elearning World 2020 (Deep dive into Captivate with Shared and Advanced actions), it is not far into the recording. Or you can read (not everyone likes reading) more in:
