Can’t get VR Mode to work on Mobile Devices

I created a VR project in Captivate 2019, and it works well on PC by clicking and dragging to view a 360 image. However, if you try to view in any iPhone browser I’ve tried, you just get a static image. Nothing changes if you try and rotate the phone. Tried on latest iOS13 and even iOS14 beta. Any thoughts?

Did anyone figure out a solution to this? VR through Captivate sounds cool!

Did you see the link to the help document about the hotfix? Are you sure the mobile device is able to sho VR content? Did you try another VR site (New York Times has one)?

I did see the document and applied the hotfix. It did not work—the project I posted had the hotfix applied.
