unable to load into LMS – error message related to manifest.xml file
Hi
i have made some minor changes to an existing captivate module and now it won’t publish on the LMS (Saba platform) when my colleague attempts this.
It apparently has an error saying manifest.xml file, regarding a special character.
From my end the key change made was around attaching two PDFs which i did following Paul’s instructions in video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vjWEN60aBHc. it does have two quiz sections which had no changes.
Can anyone tell me what is going wrong either from the changes I have made or at the point of loading onto the LMS based on the error message?

was it the filename? did you get this sorted?
Never use special characters in names of files. Did you check the names?
Can you also check on SCORM Cloud if you have the same problems?
