I haven’t really been able to use Captivate since I updated to Catalina on my 27 inch Mac. I thought this latest version of Captivate 11.5.4 had fixed everything, but I still have issues. I can’t get Software Simulation or Video Demo to capture the selected screen no matter what browser I choose or screen I choose. It just captures the background of my computer on several slides. HELP! I’m so tired of going back to my PC, which I have to use remotely. Thanks so much!
Was adobe staff able to help? I am posting a lot here because I want follow-ups on whether captivate is worth trying! Thank you!
