Asset tab does not open, and there is no error message. only discover tab open, but even if I tried so many times, I am not able to download anything. Am I alone facing this issue or it is a common problem.
Someone, please help, I need urgent support on this.

Are you talking about the Assets library in version 11.5? Can you check the exact version number under Help, About Captivate?
