One possibility could be that the text colour on those slides are black and not white. Can you please cross check? If possible can you share the sample project to check at our end?
Although I set my CC settings to ‘Project’ with a black background and white text, some slides don’t show the text only the CC background. Any ideas on how to troubleshoot this?

What are the options for a Slide Video that uses YouTube. Since the player controls are hidden, which is good for my learner/use case, closed captioning cannot be enabled for the YouTube video and I cannot view it and add CC as I watch from the editing screen (to Slide Notes). Is there a way, in HTML maybe to autoplay the CC from the YouTube player?
