Captivate 9 HTML5 navigation play bar greyed out in Chrome and Edge

The previews show the skin. The Edge and Chrome outputs have the entire navigation play bar greyed out. No buttons are visible.

Please, can you tell exactly which version you are using, as mentioned under Help, About Captivate? Is this a responsive or a non-responsive project? If it is a non-responsive project, which preview method did you use? Only F11, Preview HMTL in Browser will show temporary HTML output. The other Preview methods show SWF output, which is not the same.
