Have anyone else lost access to their asset library and downloads. The only tab working is Discover.
If so, how did you regain access to your assets.

I had the same issue, an update last week resolved it (and I may be super late, but looks like there are new assets too). Find out which version you have…or just confirm your software is up to date.

You are on version 11.5, but which exact version number? You can find it under Help, About Captivate. Most recent version for Windows is 11.5.5.553.
If you are on Windows, try to delete the subfolders with 11_5 in the Public Documents\Adobe\eLearning Assets while Captivate is closed.
