Hello!
I am facing issues in viewing a Captivate (2019 version) WBT course in the Microsoft Edge browser.
– The screens are blank
– Audio plays for some screens only
– Next and Previous buttons are invisible
The WBT courses work fine in IE and Firefox, but not in Edge.
Note:
– The course is published as AICC, HTML output.
– The Flash setting is off in Edge, and Flash is anyways no longer supported.
– I have cleared the cache as well.
The issue prevails.
Can you enlighten me about this problem?

If you turned on Reporting (you mention AICC) the course needs to play in a LMS. I suppose this is the case, since you mention that it works in IE and FF. Did you check in SCORM Cloud? Maybe the issue is with the LMS? If it works fine using Edge in SCORM Cloud, you need to talk with the LMS people.
