I see there are often problems with downloading assets. I am trying to access the characters with no luck. It just says accessing assets and a waiting icon but does not do anything. You cannot exit as it seems to have crashed each time I try.
I am using release 11.5.5.553. I have checked and this is the most up to date release.
Can anyone help. Very frustrating 
Attempting to download image files from the Assets tab. Found the image, clicked and eventually see it says “Licensed” on that image. But cannot download that image. On hover-over, the download option displays, but clicking there does nothing. Extremely frustrating!
Ishan, that version number is for Windows. It is not the first time this problem is mentioned since the mentioned release (in Adobe forums). It is not possible anymore to download Characters, have logged that bug since the appearance of 11.5.5.553. Other assets are not a problem, only the Characters.
Thanks Lieve. I tested this on my system and I am getting this issue too. Although with my second try I am able to download the characters. This could be an issue with the Assets server. I reported a bug regarding this.

Can you share some screenshots of this issue? I tried adding assets from the Assets Library and it’s working fine for me. Are you working on MacOS Big Sur?
