Can you provide some details? Is the version number correct, CP8 is very old at this moment, not even supported anymore by Adobe. Check the full version number under Help, About Captivate? Did you publish to HTML5, since you are aware of the demise of Flash Player which makes SWF output obsolete? Dual publishing is also excluded. I suspect this is a non-responsive project, correct?

Can you insert a screenshot of the error?
