Audio only on drag source before it gets dropped!
Hello!
I was wondering if there was anyway to trigger audio for a drag source only when you click on it. For example, there is an image of a dog when you press it the audio plays “dog”, then you drag it to the drop target. I know there is a way to add audio after the drag source has successfully been dropped to the target. I was able to get audio to appear on the drag source when it is clicked but this audio also appears when the slide opens.
The only way I’ve been able to get audio to appear when you click the drag source is by putting audio in the properties tab. However this also causes audio to appear as soon as the slide opens.
I would appreciate any guidance at all, I’m trying to help a team member!
I have answered your question in the Adobe forums and it was recognized as a correct answer. Here is the link to that thread:

Solution; create the InBuilt state ‘DragStart’ and attach the audio clip to that state using its Options tab.
