Yam’s game with Captivate
…
Hello Captivaters !…
Inspired by Greg’s newest post and resources about games, I want today to share with you one of my latest game project : the Yam’s !…
– I’ve always thought that the Yam’s (or Yahtzee) was a Chinese game… Not at all !… it’s Canadian in fact !!!… –
(This is a simplified version)
So… Roll the dices and have fun with Captivate !…
😉
…
Canadian supports for a Canadian game !… ^^ !…
Big thanks for both of you !…
Special thanks to Greg for his help : https://community.adobe.com/t5/captivate/javascript-add-many-numbers-variables/m-p/12068497#M291586
I already did a “full” version of the game…
http://soutien67.fr/varies/Jeux/Yam_02/index.html
… which was my biggest project so far in terms of the number of variables used (hundreds !…).
And I thought it would be simple when I started it !… But the selection of the dice to reroll wasn’t so simple !…
But I’m especially proud of the way I changed the players (Player 1, Player 2, Player 3 and Player 4) in top of the table… without the use of any variable this time !…
And guess what ?… I’m challenging you (and all the readers of this post…) to find a solution to do this without variable !…
Thanks once again for all you have done – and still do ! – to help us with Captivate !
😉
