Perhaps a simple oversight… I couldn’t help but notice that this is called Lesson 1 – Defining P, L, and M.

The projects starts out with “Now that you have an understanding about product, we’re moving on to build up a definition of Lifecycle…”

The opening would suggest that there was a lesson before lesson 1.

I admit, based on the title, I was expecting to learn something about P first, then L , and eventually M – but it was L only.

I might suggest making your title slide reflect that.
