Need some help with my VR Project

Hi Everyone

I am new to this and every day is a school day!

I am creating an eLearning project using the VR project option.  I take my photography using a fish eye camera, which captures fantastic, HD imagery, which I then want to import in to the 360 captivate software.

I have no problem importing the images, but when they are in the 360 mode, the quality is terrible, so granulated and pixelated, that you can only see shapes in the room for example, rather than clear imagery.  I have looked everywhere to find support on this, but cannot find any guidance at all.

If anyone could help me out with this, I would be extremely grateful.

Thank you in advance.

Angela

Has a solution been identified for this issue with image clarity when importing 360 images into Captivate VR projects?

Hi Angela,

I would echo Lieve’s response on this, without those details its very difficult to assist.

In my experience with VR video if your camera outputs a low resolution, it will appear very pixelated and blocky.

Can you offer details about the format, size, setup of the 360° image, please?
