Adobe Captivate Login issues

Hi
Can anyone tell me how i can login to my Adobe Captivate?
I have the latest windows 10 updates and Chrome browser but i am fed up of being told to update my system..
I am not going to keep downloading and reinstalling!!
This is such a poor login system
