If you prefer a short video on how to resolve this check this out.

BTW, after capture you can reset your screen to the recommended resolution.

If you prefer to edit the ini file, know that you’ll need a copy of the original file to reset after capturing. It is also impossible to edit that file in the present location. You need to make a copy elsewhere and edit it with a non-formatting editor like NotePad (on Windows). My explanation in the first comment was also meant for a Win system, hope you are not on Mac.

This means that you are using a monitor where one px is not shown as one px. That is a requirement for capturing a Video Demo or a Software simulation.

You can do what is suggested but I mostly prefer another approach, decreasing the screen resolution to result in 1px/px. Example: I am now busy creating Video Demo. My laptop screen normally is set at a recommended resolution of 3840×2150 px (Display resolution) with scaling (for readability) set to 225%. For capturing I reduce the resolution to 1920×1080 which makes it possible to reduce the scaling to 100%. Works perfectly for capturing, without having to plunge into the installation system files where you need admin rights.
