I cannot get beyond the “Membership Expired” screen when attempting to open Captivate. I know the solution to “Membership Expired” is to open the application and sign out and then back on with my company ID, but Captivate never opens or lets me get beyond this screen.
When I hit “try again” I get a message that says: “Your subscriptin to Adobe Captivate is now active. Click Continue to use your product.” When I hit Continue, the program starts to open, but then stops and gives me the “Membership Expired” screen again.
I’ve worked with my company tech team for about 2 weeks now and no one seems to be able to figure it out.
You probably want to contact Adobe support about this issue – they are likely better suited to help you out than Captivate users on this community.
There are some people on the community that may have dealt with this before, but for a quicker solution, contact support.
