tabs widget; settings to require that learners click on each tab; Adobe Captivate
Is it possible to prevent a learner from proceeding in an online course (using Captivate), unless they click on all tabs of an interactive slide? I created interactive slides using the tabs widget and have been asked to create a setting, so that learners cannot proceed in the course unless they click on each tab in the tabs widget. Is this possible? If so, can someone send me a link to instructions?
Thanks!

A Lieve said, not from the widgets. But if you build it yourself you can. Probably will not look like the widget, but you can create something nice that works. There is plenty of places to learn how online. I don’t want to promote any one source over the other because everyone learns differently, so do a search and you should be able to find something on YouTube for example.
There are plenty of examples in different styles in the Assets panel, Quick Start Projects. Probably a better choice than a random YT video. I am busy writing out a workflow to have the ‘Forced View’ approach for those examples. As usual, based on shared actions because they are easy transferable to any project and can be used as template.
If you are talking about the Learning Interaction ‘tabs’ I have to disappoint you. There is no direct way to achieve what you want. You would need to create a custom Tabs interaction, where you use interactive objects to go to a Tab, which can be tracked with user variables. Maybe have a look at the included Quick Start Projects (Assets panel) if you are using version 11.5. Some of them have a similar Tabs interaction where it could be easier to achieve it.
