Hi,

When running the Adobe Captivate Updater I get the message:

“Your browser or operating system is no longer supported. You may need to install the latest updates to your operating system”

However my system is fully updated and I’m using 11.5.5.553 release.

I’ve been trying to download a trial copy of Adobe Captivate and am also experiencing this issue. Thank you Ishan, for the links. I have tried the steps outlined in the first link to no success.

I’ve updated to Windows 11 as part of my troubleshooting; unfortunately, that has not not resolved the issue either.

I’ll reach out to captivatehelp@adobe.com and followup if I find a solution for anyone else that needs it.
