Project Charm and the M1 Macs
Here is a different way at a similar question that has been floating around for a year now.
When Project Charm is officially released, will those uses who want to finally be able to use Captivate on the M1 Macs?
Who else is curious about this?

I am very entusiatic about Project Charm
Understood but there are some people in the know on the forum. And this question has been around for the existing version. My guess is it will be but you never know. Only makes sense that the newer version works with M1 macs which with the team working on a newer version also explains why the existing version has not been updated to work with them.
You never get an answer if you don’t ask.
It’s important to remember that this is a user forum. At this stage, Project Charm is pre-beta software that none of us know all that much about. Your guess is as good as anyone. I think it would be a mistake for Adobe not to make it available for the newer Macs, but perhaps Apple silicon was not on their radar when they began development. We will have to wait and see.
