My Adobe fonts are activated (in my account) but aren’t appearing in Captivate
Hi all,
I’ve opened my file and now the project wants to replace fonts.
My Adobe fonts are activated (in my account) but aren’t appearing in Captivate, thus I’ve now lost branding fonts for my current project.
I’ve logged in and out, and restarted.
I had a look trying to find a solution, a few members have had similar issues but I’ve yet to see a resolution.
I’m at a loss as to what to do, so any/all help and suggestions is greatly appreciated.

I answered in that older thread with a possible solution:
- Close Captivate
- Sign out of the CC application which gives you also access to the Adobe fonts.
- Sign back in to the CC app and check the activation of the Adobe fonts you have used in Captivate
- Restart Captivate
