I’m not sure if there is some kind of QR code generator that can produce unique codes (if that is required for each user) or not. But that would be a cool piece of tech to consider.

If everyone can have the same code, then adding an image could be a way to go. And as Lieve has provided some direction on variables, that is probably the way to include it in the files.

But it would be cool if there was a piece of tech that would produce unique codes. I might have to look into that. Thanks for getting me thinking about it.

You can add an image, but will need perhaps to create a custom certification because the default interaction has not much space left.  That default interaction uses some system variables and eventually the user variable cpQuizInfoStudentName (if it can be retrieved from the LMS or has been populated another way). You can use them as well.
