Is there a network setting that would block a person from getting the Captivate themes and not have the “Get Themes” button to be able to download them? What do I need to change to have these come back?

Thanks.

Hi Emily,

Can you confirm the exact version of Captivate you are using? Go to Help >About Adobe Captivate.

Also please share the screenshot of the window/error you get when you click Get Themes.

This is the path on my system:

C:UsersLieveAppDataLocalAdobeCaptivate 11.5Themes

I hope you are not using a roaming profile.

The Themes at that location are the ones you are able to use and customize. They are a copy of the Themes from the Gallery under the installation folder.

Did you check in your user profile as I asked?

Check if your user profile has the themes? You are not talking about the Assets panel, but about the packaged themes?

Yes, the packaged themes under the “Themes” menu, like pink icing and coastal.

When I click on “Get Themes” and it opens the assets menu, the pre-packaged themes aren’t available there either.

Where would I see my user profile to look for themes there?
