Captivate PRINT not exporting new content after content in sourcefile is updated
I use Captivate to create the testing and assessment strategy for my company. I use GIFT import to bring in the content to our tests, and then, as the years pass and items need to be updated, I simply go in, and make the update directly in the file, save (with updated date in title), and then republish and upload to our LMS.
When I publish, everything goes as planned, and the updates are immediately, correctly, visible from within the LMS.
When I PRINT (because we keep paper-copies on hand for the unexpected), and set my Type to “Lesson”, upon export, I see that NOTHING is updated, (including its still using the old title date) and it is still exporting the old version of the quiz to Word. I have tested this across four different systems, with four different users, and have replicated this issue consistently.
All users are on updated versions of 2019
All users have full access to the sourcefile, from their desktop, not accessed via networking
All users are on Windows systems
All users have cleared their caches as part of troubleshooting
Has any encountered this before? If so, were you able to find a solution?
I would be grateful for any suggestions or assistance! Happy New Year!

Same people answering over there and here as you can see. You already confirmed that no cptl- file has been used. None of the proposed solutions has been successful. Although it is more work, you could try to start a new project with another name, using same Preferences, resolution and Theme and copy/paste the slides from the old project to this fresh project.
