GoPro Max 360 video into Captivate Virtual Reality Project

I am not able to pull in my 360 video recorded using my GoPro Max 360 video camera into the captivate VR project.  Any advice on how to configure the mp4 video to be interactive would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there.

Here are the steps I used with my Go Pro Fusion 360 Camera.

  1. Download and use the Go Pro App to do basic editing (incl setting horizon line etc)
  2. Export in 5.6k in Equirectangular format (this will result in a large format size)
  3. Use handbrake to compress the file to mp4
  4. Download and use Spatial Media Metadata tool to convert the video file to be spherical
  5. Upload to youtube.
  6. Now your video should be interactive and you can link or embed it.
