Hello,

I have an Accordian Learning Interaction which i have disabled the header on.

When I view this in captivate, the preview appears with rounded top corners, however running it in browser does not render the corners correctly.

Is there a way to remedy this? I’m on captivate 11.8 and viewing in Edge, Chrome and OperaGX.

How did you view in Browser? The final result will only be viewable after publishing and uploading to a webserver (or LMS).

However Accordion Is one of the very old interactions (converted from a widget) and is not always looking the same in every browser when published to HTML5. Did you have a look at the Quick Start Projects (Assets panel), because they have some custom accordion slides…

Preview > HTML 5 in Browser did it for me.

Also appeared the same when published as an exe, and as a scorm uploaded to moodle.

I guess it’s just old so I’ll steer clear in the future. Will have a look at the quick start projects though!

Many Thanks!

Just popping in again to warn you about publishing to exe! That means you are using SWF technology, many learners will not be able to see your course. You need to publish only to HTML at this moment. If your course has Reporting set up, the result will automatically become a zipped SCO for uploading to a LMS.

Oh yeah, don’t worry I don’t publish in exe normally, just experimenting to see if the result was the same regardless of output! thanks for the tip off though! 🙂
