I imported a Power Point slide deck into Captivate, created hyperlinks and other modifications, previewed it, and  published the file to my computer. The problem is that there is no MP4 file included in the “vr” folder to which my Captivate file. Any idea what I am doing incorrectly?

Sorry, but I don’t understand your question. You will have a vr-folder in the published folder if you had inserted videos in the cptx file. Was that the case?

You cannot create hyperlinks on imported PPT slides, since those slides are like short movie slides which do mimick the animations created in PPT. There are no individual objects, you cannot create a hyperlink on text in the imported slides.

How did you preview? You should only preview using F11, Preview HTML in Browser and test in multiple browsers. Was that the used workflow for previewing?
