Glossary Widget does not work

I’m creating an eLearning module and I’m new to Captivate (self taught). The glossary widget does not work when I preview it in HTML or SCORM Cloud and the module will be shared with the clients in a  SCORM file. (I think this is because it uses Flash ) Can I mimic the glossary widget? Is there an easy way to do this that won’t be too time consuming?

I usually create my own due to being generally unsatisfied with the Learning Interactions that are included with Adobe Captivate. Here is a tutorial I did that you could follow if you want something similar.

The Glossary Learning Interaction is compatible with HTML5 output. However you need to publish the course and upload it to a webserver or a LMS (if you created a SCO).

There is a limitation: you cannot use combination characters which is not a problem in English, but may be an issue in French, Spanish, German…
