I have few cases where learner has passed the course by giving quiz, but his quiz score is zero.
I am not getting a solution on this how learner is getting a “completed” status if quiz score is zero ?
We are using Captivate prime LMS and scorm package is prepared in adobe captivate only.
Any one to assist ?
Maybe it’s a difference of setting up the quiz as a formative (general knowledge) assessment or in a format that is to be scored?
It would be interesting to show us the publishing settings, in the report and quiz part.
What LMS are you using?
Can you insert a screenshot of the Reporting setup? I want to see the SCORM version you have been using, and the criterions you used.
How do you know that the quiz score was 0? Can you check the Total score in Advanced Interaction (F9)?
I would check that you are not using Knowledge Check slides instead of regular question slides. Knowledge check slides are like practise questions and have no score associated with them.
