Does anyone know if you can link videos that are not on Vimeo or YouTube (i.e. Microsoft Azure, Stream, etc) as an Interactive Video? It looks like the Interactive Video only gives Vimeo and YouTube as options. Has anyone linked anything not on one of those platforms?

If YouTube or Vimeo is not an option you can download video recordings from their source. For example, I have used recordings made with MS Teams, downloaded them and added them as Slide Video to my project. You could add a Web Object to display a video from another source, however, this method is not compatible with interactive video.
AFAIK you can only use embedded, YouTube or Vimeo videos. Sorry, I never tried other platforms. Cannot you just record or export the video to MP4 and use it as slide video in Captivate?
