The SHURE brand is well respected among microphones. I am not surprised that it gets a thumbs up.
I have both a SHURE SM57 and SM58 for recording instruments and vocals and have used the Yeti at my desk for a wide variety of things. I may have to look at adding the MV7 to the collection – I like that it has an XLR connection – something my Yeti lacks.
