I try to enter to Captivate 2019  and it tells me that there is an error with the activation and I cannot use it. 
A couple of months ago I had a Captivate business account and it worked perfectly, does anyone know why?
I think maybe it's because I now have a personal account. 
I am very stressed, because I am paying for a program that I cannot use.
The error literally says "An error has occurred during activation"

It closed out on me mid-use and when reopening, it gives me this message.

I am having the same issue.  We just renewed our Adobe account and I fear that the different IDs are the problem.  Yet, when I got to log in, I only have one ID option.  And the error message appears and the app won’t open.

Use the Adobe ID that have an active license to Login.

Which type of license do you have? If it is a subscription license, it is linked to the Adobe ID and that may be the origin of your problems since you now have a different ID. Please contact Adobe directly.
