I try to enter to Captivate 2019 and it tells me that there is an error with the activation and I cannot use it. A couple of months ago I had a Captivate business account and it worked perfectly, does anyone know why? I think maybe it's because I now have a personal account.
I am very stressed, because I am paying for a program that I cannot use. The error literally says "An error has occurred during activation"
