Hi

I thought this would be an easy process, but I have no idea how to complete this process.

My customer branding specifically requires the Open Sans font and this is something he will not change.

I have looked at numerous ways to add this (Popular) font into my module.

I have tried Adobe Fonts, as well as Google fonts. I have followed instructions from Captivate Teacher (Paul Wilson) but these are all PC based examples and when I try this on the Mac version I cannot get them to work.

Has anyone any ideas or a way of adding this Font to my Captivate Project on a Mac.

Not sure it is relevant to this issue but I am using macOS Monterey 12.4 and Adobe Captivate 11.8.0.

Another way that could help you, is not the best way to use tipography but could help you sometimes, you can create all your slide as a PSD file, every layer must be rasterized, then import it from File menu, it will set all the layers in order and position, is a faster way to work within Captivate, but not always the best in terms of quality for tipography.

13 Open Sans fonts of that family are available in the Adobe fonts library.  Why didn’t you use them?

Depending on your Adobe fonts license activate those you need, and they will be available from the Library in Captivate.

Static text (without variables) will be converted to images when you are creating non-responsive projects. Dynamic text and text in responsive projects needs to use websafe or Adobe fonts. More in:
