Learning Interactions disappeared captivate 19. every time i preview a slide the learning interaction dissipates and I cant see ore use it please help.

Could you please check the complete version number. It will start with 11.0 11.5 or 11.8. We are still far away from version 19 but I suspect you mean the common label CP2019 which covers a lot of releases.
If you are working on a non-responsive project, the only trustworthy Preview method is F11, Preview HTML in Browser. The other Preview methods are based on old SWF technology and the learning interactions have been edited to be compatible with HTML output. That should not be necessary for responsive projects because they can only be published to HTML and all Preview methods use browser for HTML output.
@Ricardo_Pegasus: careful because Play Slide is NOT a preview method although it is confusingly listed under the Preview button. It is an alternative for the Play button (shortcut key Spacebar) in the timeline panel. It will not show a real preview but is only meant to be used for editing purposes like timing or scattering on the timeline.
Hi, when you preview directly in Captivate (Play This Slide, From This Slide, Next 5 Slides) buttons and some interactions doesn´t works, but if you preview with the option HTML5 Output in Web Browser it will work as you expected.
