I used drag and drop feature. If users change the wrong response, what should I set up allowing users visit the original status and after feedback? I have set “infinite attempts” but it did not work. What should I do in Advanced Scripts?

You give very little information about your setup. D&D can be set up as a scored question slide, or not. Which type of D&D slide did you create? If it is a scored slide, Infinite attempts should allow the learner to change the answer and re-submit it. However it would be more user friendly if you tried to offer a Retry message as well.  Maybe have a look at this blog post (you can find a lot more on my blog about D&D):

Another question: do you want to allow the learner to return to the D&D slide from another slide? In that case, similar to other question slides, learner will not be able to enter another answer because the previous given answer will be blocked.  That is the case for all question slides and D&D slides in this case conform to that general rule.

However if you do not score the D&D but set it up as a Knowledge Check slide, it will automatically be reset when revisiting the slide.
