I have changed my computer and installed all my adobe apps. the Captivate 2019 doesn’t start

Adobe Illustrator works fine, our IT team were so surprised by Adobe suggestion to uninstall windows fonts and then reinstall them back. They were not impressed.

I had to redesign two major projects from Adobe and make them using another authoring tool. and sine last year all my learning has to be designed with this tool and no longer use Adobe Captivate until a new release is out

Are you getting any particular error message? Are your other Adobe apps starting up fine?

If it was working on your previous computer but not on your new one then it is likely that the version you have was appropriate for your previous OS but not for your new one. Check your Captivate version number.

Are you sure to have a compatible version for your OS? Example: if you installed Win11, Monterey (Mac) or have a M1 chip, the only compatible version is 11.8.

It is a brand new computer a corporate property. clean with no bugs.

Adobe says you have to uninstall all windows fonts, install Adobe back, and install the needed fonts gradually.
