In this video, I show you how you can create a custom Closed Caption icon for your Adobe Captivate eLearning project.
After spending about 8 hours, starting completely over 5 different times, I gave up. I repeatedly started and paused the video after the first two failed attempts to be sure I was not missing any tine steps. The best I could get was a close captioned icon that started the closed captioning and changed to the on position. It would never turn it back off. So I finally gave up and decided to offer two courses with with closed captioning and one without. The viewer was incredibly frustrating since the control bar disappeared and when you tapped it about 90% of the time instead of pausing it hit the progress bar and restarted the video so you had to try to find the exact spot where you were and wanted to pause.
