Problem pasting from Word into PDF
My employer recently gave me a new laptop, and we’ve installed Adobe Acrobat DC Pro on it, but it won’t allow me to copy info from my Word document into the Document Properties description, author, subject, and keywords screen. I was always able to do this before. None of the online solutions I’ve found have worked, such as “In Edit, Preferences, Page Display, make sure ‘Use local fonts’ is checked.”
Our IT people are completely stumped. Can someone help me resolve this?

Probably not the answer you expect. This is the eLearning community, I try to answer as many questions as within my competences about eLearning and Captivate. However Acrobat Pro (which I use as well) is not part of eLearning. May I suggest to post your question the dedicated forum on the Adobe site:
