I have 2 versions of a course module – one public and one for staff. The staff version completes, the public does not.
The 2 courses are identical except for some wording, voice overs and the staff version (which completes) has an extra embedded youtube video.
The public version was built from a copy of the working staff version (as were the other 2 modules of the course which work fine)
We use Learnupon as our LMS, because of this and our the majority of our staff having their browser limited to microsoft edge, we need to add in a (fake) quiz at the end in order for people to pass/complete the course. I just add a 10 point quiz score to my final next button.
All interactions are the same throughout the 2 courses, they preview without problems and they progress fine on the LMS and yet the public version will not complete the end.
Does anyone have any ideas?
There need to be a difference, and that will not be the lack of one video. It is rather difficult to ‘guess’ about that difference however. First of all I would check the non-functional course on SCORM Cloud as well, to exclude the possibility that the problem isn’t due to the LMS setup.
